LEARNING COMMUNITIES

The aim of our Learning Communities initiative is to promote research and learning of Jewish Galicia and Bukovina in different countries by bringing together young and senior scholars and establishing an ongoing working group in each country. These scholars, sharing research interests, meet on a regular basis for an ongoing academic discourse, sharing of ideas and cooperation. Thus, four such Learning Communities have been established in four countries: Israel, Poland, Romania, and the US.
